J&M recently launched a new ecommerce site, www.johnstonmurphy.com, on Demandware and plans to leverage the platform to further advance its omni-channel initiatives, including using responsive web design to enable mobile optimized shopping experiences, and the integration of online and offline channels to provide customers with “buy anywhere, fulfill anywhere” capabilities.
J&M is a division of Genesco Inc., a specialty retailer that sells footwear, headwear, sports apparel and accessories in more than 2,571 retail stores throughout North America and Europe.
