Job description:
The Solution Architect will participate in a global Client Services team responsible for implementing and managing the UK Client Services offering of Demandware. The qualified candidate will report to the Director Client Services EMEA, and advice clients and partners in regard of the Demandware technology and manage and support Demandware based eCommerce projects.
Your responsibilities:
Implement and grow Demandware references in UK
Lead and manage the implementation locally and provide technological advice
Facilitate a strong cross organizational working relationship between the different CS locations, as well as between other groups within the company
Provide technological experience to local Demandware implementation partners
Participate in identifying and implementing critical processes to drive best practice in the Client Services Organization
Work closely together with the sales force
Your profile:
Track record of delivering mission critical, enterprise web applications as a software architect
Ability to manage multiple projects and partners
Excellent technical skills, successful history in designing enterprise architectures
Highly motivated, self-driven professional who can work with remote direction to solve technical and project related issues
Expert-level knowledge in web-development technologies
Excellent in verbal and written communications in English
Desire to work in a fast paced, growing, deadline driven environment
Full project lifecycle experience (scoping, design, implementation, testing and support)
Experience in the ecommerce sector and SaaS development will be an advantage
