EMEA Marketing Manager (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies throughout Europe
Create and successfully drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Demandware through innovative and effective programs, including online marketing campaigns, events and tradeshows, webinars, lead generation and thought-leadership programs
Develop audience-specific messaging and positioning in close cooperation with key stakeholders and translate that into meaningful and engaging content and tools
Establish Demandware as a thought leader in E-commerce by securing key speaking opportunities for executives and evangelists
Develop and execute innovative and highly targeted marketing campaigns to reach operational and C-level target decision makers throughout EMEA
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
Implement budget and cost control as well as measurement of return on marketing investment
Your profile:
Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B, E-commerce/digital/high-technology products/services preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study
A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop local language content for all marketing vehicles and interact with all levels within the organization.
Team spirit and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment combined with an excellent communication and a strong creativity
Fluent in French and English. Other European language such as German is a key advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills; Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
Proven knowledge of industry tools such as SalesForce and Eloqua
