Thomas Ebling

Tom Ebling

Thomas Ebling has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since October 2009. Mr. Ebling previously served on our board of directors from May 2006 until December 2007. From October 2007 until August 2009, Mr. Ebling served as Chief Executive Officer of Lattice Engines, Inc., a provider of sales and optimization software solutions. Prior to joining Lattice Engines, Mr. Ebling served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of ProfitLogic, Inc., a merchandising optimization solutions company, from May 2002 until it was acquired by Oracle Corporation in July 2005. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ebling served as Chief Executive Officer of Torrent Systems, Inc., a data warehousing and analytics software provider, and he held various leadership positions at Marcam Solutions, Inc., a software applications company. Mr. Ebling holds a B.A. in mathematics from Williams College and attended Harvard Law School. Mr. Ebling’s extensive executive leadership experience, knowledge of our company and comprehensive knowledge of the software solutions industry make him a critical asset to our company and board of directors.

Scott Dussault

Scott Dussault

Scott Dussault has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. Mr. Dussault previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Archivas, Inc., a developer and distributor of online storage management solutions, from February 2005 until Archivas was acquired in February 2007 by Hitachi Data Systems. Prior to joining Archivas, Mr. Dussault served as Chief Financial Officer of Astra Tech, Inc., a medical devices distributor and subsidiary of AstraZeneca PLC, from September 2004 until January 2005. Prior to joining Astra Tech, Mr. Dussault served as Chief Financial Officer of StorageNetworks, Inc., a publicly-traded data-storage software and services company, from May 1999 until January 2004. Mr. Dussault began his career with Ernst & Young LLP where he practiced in the firms Entrepreneurial Services group and attained his CPA. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Stonehill College.

Jeffrey Barnett

Jeffrey G. Barnett

Jeffrey Barnett has served as our Executive Vice President, Field Operations since November 2005. He previously served as Vice President of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa of Siebel Systems, Inc., a software company, from December 2004 until September 2005. Prior to joining Siebel, Mr. Barnett served as Managing Director, International Operations of Edocs, Inc., a billing, payment, and account management software company, from May 2002 until December 2004, and as Vice President, International Sales and Marketing of Edocs from November 1999 until May 2002. Before joining Edocs, Mr. Barnett served as Vice President of Operations of ArborText, Inc., a content publishing company, from September 1990 until June 1999. Mr. Barnett holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Virginia Alinsug

Virginia Alinsug

Virginia Alinsug is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services, responsible for managing Demandware’s global delivery business including customer support and training. Virginia has more than 20 years experience in strategic development and management of consulting and services businesses, with a proven track record of building sustainable and profitable services models, and establishing and implementing strategies that align with corporate goals. Most recently, Virginia was Vice President of Professional Services in North America for Vignette, where she managed a highly productive and customer-focused professional services organization. Prior to Vignette, Virginia was Vice President of Global Services for FAST Search and Transfer, a leader in data search technology, where she managed a consulting business that supported the full life cycle needs of its customers in the Americas. Virginia has also held executive and senior management positions at Softscape, a Human Capital Management company and BMC, a leader in business service management.

Jamus Driscoll

Jamus Driscoll

Demandware Vice President of Marketing, Jamus Driscoll, is responsible for marketing and for leading the company's marketing communications, product marketing and product management. He joined Demandware from Oracle Corp., where, as Director of Marketing, he was a member of Oracle Retail's marketing steering committee and leader of the marketing teams for Solutions Marketing and Customer Marketing. Prior to Oracle, he was at ProfitLogic, Inc., a provider of enterprise merchandising software, where he was the Director of Solutions Marketing responsible for positioning and marketing to primary enterprise customers. Before joining ProfitLogic, Driscoll served as Industry Marketing Manager at Ascential Software, a provider of enterprise data integration solutions, and was responsible for market analysis, strategy and go-to-market tactics for the financial services industry. Driscoll holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Haverford College.

Wayne Whitcomb

Wayne Whitcomb

Wayne R. Whitcomb has served as our Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering and Technology since helping found Demandware in February 2004. Prior to joining Demandware, Mr. Whitcomb served as Vice President of Engineering and R&D of NaviSite, Inc., a data center provider of complex managed hosting and services, Vice President of Engineering of Mirror Image Internet, Inc., a provider of online content and transaction solutions, and Vice President of Engineering and Operations for CMGI-MyWay.com, a consumer content portal and search engine. Mr. Whitcomb holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Sheila Flaherty

Sheila Flaherty

Serving as Vice President and General Counsel for Demandware, Sheila Flaherty brings her extensive knowledge managing legal affairs at successful public and private corporations where she managed multiple mergers, acquisitions as well as public equity and debt offerings to help guide the company’s growth. Before joining Demandware, Flaherty served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Stream Global Services, a leading business process outsource (BPO) service provider specializing in customer relationship management for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to Stream Global Services, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Abiomed, Inc., a publicly traded medical technology company. During her in-house career, Flaherty handled several large $100 million plus international private debt transactions and managed multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well several successful public equity and debt offerings. Flaherty earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and received a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, D.C., and studied law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Nick Camelio

Nick Camelio

As Vice President of Human Resources, Nick Camelio brings his more than 18 years of HR experience leading technology companies in all aspects of managing human capital initiatives including recruiting, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee retention to his position at Demandware. Camelio joined Demandware from Salary.com where he served as Senior Vice President, human resources and led the company's strategic HR initiatives and programs, and oversaw the talent management function for the company. Prior to joining Salary.com, Camelio served as Vice President of Human Resources at BrassRing Inc., a software provider in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space, offering enterprise software and outsourced recruitment services to Fortune 500 companies. While at BrassRing, he successfully transitioned the HR function and facilitated the change in management after BrassRing was acquired by Kenexa Corp. Nick holds a B.S. from Bentley University, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) through WorldatWork, and a certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS) through the Human Capital Institute.
